RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
To maintain our competitive pricing and quality standards, we do not accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, or shipping delays.
EXCEPTIONS (DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS):
The only exceptions to our "All Sales Are Final" policy are if an item arrives physically damaged or if an item is missing from your package.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the "Delivered" status. To successfully initiate a claim for a damaged item, you MUST provide:
1. Clear photographs of the damaged product.
2. A clear photograph of the ORIGINAL shipping label attached to the original packaging.
Failure to provide the original shipping label breaks the chain of custody and instantly voids any claim for a refund or replacement.
NON-RETURNABLE ISSUES:
Manufacturing Tolerances: Slight variations in stitching, minor dimension differences, or slight color variations due to screen lighting are considered standard manufacturing tolerances in the apparel industry and do not qualify as "defective" or "damaged" items.
